Here’s a journal entry from the Player Character’s point of view:
We met… about 3 years ago now. And we’ve been working well together. For one reason or another, we all have reasons to roam from town to town looking for jobs, and that’s what matters! We have the same objectives! We reached Elmadell today, already well into the night. We didn’t have time to explore, but we’re already installed in the Inn, so tomorrow we’ll get to it! People look at us sideways, as if they don’t trust us… But it’s nothing we haven’t dealt with before.
As you reach the town’s inn, its already a bit late, but there’s a very cheerful gnome receptionist that helps you get set up and gives you a few flyers with some information about the town and a map!
